The rush towards physical perfection is never ending
Working out rocks, but, too bad that the results don’t show as fast as we want, and that, well, there is a lot of pain involved in getting the physique we always wanted. And we all know that today, everybody wants to look their best, which means that we need to work really hard in order to get THAT body!
Of course, there are lots of supplements on the market that help us recover faster and help our muscles grow stronger at an accelerated rate. One of them is creatine, which has been around for years and years. But every bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast out there knows that creatine has its limitations.
Tri-Creatine Malate – the answer to all our prayers?
There was a need for a supplement that could help the recovery process and that will aid individuals who love strength training or sports to be able to be back in business the next day after a tiresome workout. And Tri-Creative Malate wants to be just that. But does it work? I’ll tell you about my hands on experience with it in a bit!
This supplement was designed to help you “say goodbye to post workout pain as your muscles repair faster and you can start the next day without those aches and strains associated with a good workout”.
Naturally, the question is, does it really deliver on its promises?
In order to answer this question, we need to firstly understand what is tri-creatine malate:
What is Tri-Creatine Malate?
Tri-creatine malate is all that’s best in creatine without any of its drawbacks. Unlike creatine, tri-creatine malate’s rate of bioavailability hits the roof, meaning that it’s easier to find and easier to be processed by our body.
As everybody who used creatine knows, creatine isn’t water soluble; tri-creatine malate is 100% water soluble, meaning that it’s easily absorbed and used by the body, unlike creatine which takes time to be absorbed and transported to the muscles to get that energy boost. Plus, there’s no more water retention!
Like all good things, tri-creatine maleate was chemically engineered for maximum effectiveness. Basically, creatine and malic acid are bonded together on a molecular level, in order to help your muscles achieve maximum performance. Malic acid does just that, and when it’s mixed with creatine, it offers you a very powerful solution to muscle mass building.
My hands on experience with Tri-Creatine Malate
I have to say that even if I work out at least three times per week, I was always skinny, and only supplements helped me put on some muscle mass. But, not enough! I tried everything to get bulkier. Imagine looking like Brad Pitt in his early 20s and wanting to look like Ryan Reynolds in Blade 3 – there’s a massive muscle mass difference!
So, one of my friends who is really into bodybuilding told me to try this product because he had heard only good things about it. I wrote the name in my phone, and as I got home I started searching the web to see what people have to say about it.
I wasn’t quite convinced whether or not it will work for me, because the number of reviews I found was really low, but I said that I already spent lots of money on stuff that didn’t deliver on their promises, so what’s 11 quid more? So I ordered the supplement, and I started taking it as prescribed aka 3 per day tops.
Since I am on a 3 day per week workout routine, I started taking one each morning and one each night when I didn’t workout, and 3 per day when I would workout, meaning right before the workout to get energy boost.
I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to see that right from the start I felt stronger when working out! I was able to lift more, and at the same time, my muscles didn’t hurt almost at all the next day.
However, the surprise came about 3 weeks later when my girlfriend told me that I look more firmer. And indeed, when taking the measuring tape I was surprised to see that I had gained 1 inch in just 3 and a bit weeks of using Tri-Creatine Malate!
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to bulk up, because as far as I can tell and from what I read there are no side effects, and it actually works! The best money ever spent of supplements was the money I spent buying Tri-Creatine Malate!
